Kandy Donut - Phoenix
Product Details
The Kandy Donut Phoenix Jade Pendant brings together the bright fresh green tones of Burmese jadeite and the warmth of solid 18K yellow gold in this distinctive Kandy Donut pendant. A sculptural phoenix rises around the jade in an elegant sweep of gold, its flowing form conveying energy and grace. Finished with a diamond-set eye, the design combines intricate detailing with the timeless appeal of jade
Part of the Kandy Collection, this pendant offers a fresh take on classic jade jewellery. The collection brings together petite jade donuts and discs in natural, untreated Burmese jadeite, finished with solid 18K gold for a refined, contemporary look.
A Sculptural Phoenix Detail
A flowing phoenix motif lends the classic Jade donut a more dramatic silhouette. The intricate gold detailing introduces movement and symbolic depth, complemented by the warm lustre of solid 18K yellow gold.A diamond set into the phoenix eye adds a subtle focal point to the design.
Light Green Burmese Jadeite
The jadeite is characterised by its fresh light green colour and polished finish, giving the pendant a bright, luminous appearance. Its gentle tone creates an elegant contrast against the warmth of the yellow gold, while natural variations in translucency, texture and colour ensure that each piece remains individual.
The Enduring Symbolism of Jade and Phoenix
The uninterrupted circle of the jade donut evokes harmony, unity and completeness. Jade has long been valued for its auspicious associations, including protection and good fortune.
The phoenix complements these qualities, representing transformation, renewal and prosperity through its enduring symbolism.
Individually Shaped from Natural Jade
Each Kandy Donut is individually shaped and polished from natural jadeite, giving every pendant its own character. Because no two pieces of jade are identical, variations in colour, translucency, texture, pattern and natural inclusions are inherent to each piece.
The proportions, shade of light green and overall appearance may also vary subtly from pendant to pendant, reflecting the individual nature of natural Burmese jadeite and the craftsmanship of each finished piece.
Finishing Touches
Each pendant is accompanied by a complimentary silver chain, with solid 18K gold chains available separately.
