Recognised by its distinctive mythical form, the Pixiu (貔貅) has long been associated with attracting good fortune and protecting accumulated wealth in Chinese tradition.

The Essence of the Stone
Our Black Fei Cui Jade takes its name from the exceptionally dark appearance of the stone. Although it appears almost black under normal lighting, the jade is naturally very dark green, with its underlying green character becoming more apparent under stronger or transmitted light.
Its remarkable depth of colour gives the bracelet a strong, contemporary character while retaining the natural individuality of Fei Cui Jade.
Green jade has traditionally been associated with harmony, prosperity and renewal, complementing the auspicious symbolism of the Pixiu.
Independently Tested by GIA
As part of our quality assurance process, a representative jade bead from this material has been independently tested by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). The GIA report describes the colour of the tested jade as very dark green.
The report relates to a representative bead from the material used for these bracelets rather than to each individual bracelet.

Black Fei Cui Jade is a natural material, and variations in colour, pattern and translucency are part of its character. 24K pure gold (999 pure gold) is naturally soft and delicate. We recommend wearing and handling the Pixiu with care and avoiding impact, excessive pressure or contact with hard surfaces.
As both Pixiu options are crafted from high-purity precious metals, we recommend handling them with care to help preserve their shape and finish.
